Hotels.com releases list of top user-rated airport hotels
DALLAS – November 19, 2012 – Airport hotels are not often the most convenient lodging destinations for leisure travelers, but many a time they are just the thing for business travelers and others in need of a quick stay. Now, airport-bound travelers can find exceptional properties close by many of the nation’s major airports, according to the Hotels.com® database of 7 million Guest Reviews.
Of the nation’s 25 busiest airports, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport offers the best-rated hotels within a two mile radius, with an average Hotels.com Guest Review Rating of 4.39. Situated four miles from the nation’s capital and two miles from the Pentagon, the airport is surrounded by five properties that have earned the Hotels.com ‘Outstanding’ designation of having a 4.6 or above user rating – led by The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City and the Residence Inn By Marriott Pentagon City (4.7).
